Explain the right to constitutional remedies. 4 marks kindly explain in 4 pts only

Dear Student,
1. The right to constitutional remedies is the sixth and most important fundamental right of the Indian constitution.
2. This right provides remedies if any of the other five fundamental rights are being harmed or violated.
3. This right was considered as the 'heart and soul of the constitution' by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
4. The Supreme court and the High court can issue various orders and give directives to the government for enforcing various writs such as habeas corpus, mandamus, etc.
