Does the sound of a bomb explosion travel faster than the sound of a humming bee?

The speed of sound produced only depends upon the type of medium (here its air in both cases) and not on its intensity, pitch etc. Thus, the speed of a sound produced by a humming bee will be the same as the sound produced by a bomb explosion.
