Mexico could not be regarded as a Democracy:
a. In Mexico, all the elections have been won by PRI, which has always indulged in malpractises so as to win elections.
b. Opposition parties have never won elections.
c. Elections there have been ricked and not conducted in a fair and free manner.
d.In Mexico, electoral laws were modified to ensure that PRI always won.
e. In Mexico Media has largely ignored the activities of opposition political parties except to criticise them.
f. Here, School teachers have forced and influence parents to vote to a certain political party.
g. Polling booths were also shifted to another place.
h. Mexico was rather been regarded as a “Perfect Dictatorship”.
