and the main difference between WBC and amoeba is that WBC is present in our body and fights from the other microbes which comes to harms us we can say that WBC is a useful microbe. But amoeba couse diseases and harms us diseases such as malaria etc is caused by Amoeba .so , amoeba is a harmful misrobe.
