Yes,it did. The Amnesty International is an organisation which campaigns for human rights,since human rights of freedom was violated in the Guantanamo Bay incident,it intervened, collected information on the condition of the prisoners and reported that the prisoners were brutally tortured in ways that violated the US laws.
