Describe the translation that occurs from trapezoid ABCD to trapezoid A'B'C'D'.

The trapezoid ABCD is translated 6 units up, and 1 unit to the right.
As the shape of the trapezoid remains same, we can consider any point translation as well and conclude it for whole figure.
For example. Pt A is at (2,-5) which becomes A'(3,1)
That is in X-axis there is a translation of 1 unit(3-2=1) and in Y-axis it is of 6 units(1-(-5)=6).
