1. Composition of High court- one chief justice and several other judges as decided by President of India.
2. Qualification of judges of High court-a) person should be a citizen of India.
b) served as an advocate of high court or two or more court for a period of 10 years.
3. Tenure of judges-Judges can hold the office till the age of 62.
4. Process of removal of High court judge- When each house of parliament passes resolution for his removal with two third of majority . Then President is bound to remove the judge from his position. The judge is moved for his incapacity or misbehavior.
