  • This is because during election the max. no of voters were indeed poor who wanted to fullfill their demand via electing their trustworthy party , but unfortunately they were using them as their puppets to win the elections.
  • Therefore the gap between them broadens and poverty becomes  more stronger and they face  more challnegs, they are unable to have basic needs and unequality prevails.

democracy is based on political equality and working on it. But still in democracy a small no. of ultra rich people a highly share of wealth and power.
Democracy is successful in reducing political inequality but still not so much in reducing economic equality.
Income of poor people has been declining and they finf difficu;t to mee their basic needs.
