Define iqta and muqti??

Qutbuddin Aibak , the founder of the slave or Mamluk dynasty, divided his empire into numerous big and small pieces of land, called Iqtas. These Iqtas were assigned to the nobles and officers in lieu of salary.
Muqtis were the administrators of the land granted by the Sultans. These lands were referred as Iqtas.
