Compare the properties of the soil of Nagaland and Madhya Pradesh which make it
suitable and unsuitable for
Naga chilli cultivation
respectively.

Solution:

Naga chilies require a deep loose sandy loam or clay loam soil. Also, the soil should be rich in organic matter with a pH of 5.5-6.0. Such type of soil conditions are present in Nagaland. In Madhya Pradesh, the soil is mainly rich in iron and lime which makes it an unsuitable location for the growth of Naga chilies.
