Can we make our coming genatation super humans by changing the sequence of DNA before birth?

Change in the genetic constitution can make anything possible but there are some obstruction during that process. Change in gene constitution is not that easy, there are some problems that one can face after this, which include effect of the change on all over the body and different organs of the body. Our body work in a very systematic and regulative way any single change can become fatal for that individual or it can bring many unexpected or unnecessary changes in the body. So, before thinking of producing super humans one has to keep all the side effects of that change in the mind.
