Can water freeze above 0 degree celcius? If yes then how?

Solution :

The melting point of ice is 0°C, till all the ice melts the temperature remains the same. As temperature is raised above 0°C, the ice starts melting and it becomes liquid water.
Hence, if temperature is raised above 0°C then the ice starts to melt and will convert into liquid. The water starts to freez at 0°C and below 0°C.
