because he transfer his work to his subordinates ....and the case study's answer is determined by the major part which is stating that the concept is delegation .

bt he was able to achieve his objectives due to the major reason being employing two more employees. so can't it be recruitment or staffing? First he employed the 2 workers then only he distributed the authority and work so major reason is staffing i guess... i mean it should be bt actually the answer is delegation.
