Can a pinhole camera form an image which is bigger than the object? If yes,explain with a diagram.

Dear student,
Yes, pin hole camera can form image bigger than the object. Pin hole camera forms real, up side down and the size of the image depends on the distance between the pin hole and the screen on which image is formed. Pin hole camera works on the principle of rectilinear propagation of light. Light falls from the object through the pin hole and forms smaller image on the translucent screen if the pin hole and the screen is closer to each other. If the distance between the pin hole and the screen is increased then it can form even bigger image than the object.

Yes. A pinhole camera can form a image bigger than object. U can do that by making the box bigger than image basically it depends on size of box
