All air contains water, but near the ground it is usually in the form of an invisible gas called water vapor. When warm air rises, it expands and cools. Cool air can't hold as much water vapor as warm air, so some of the vapor condenses onto tiny pieces of dust that are floating in the air and forms a tiny droplet around each dust particle. When billions of these droplets come together they become a cloud.

during sunny days , the water evaporates from the water bodies like seas and ponds and from moist land surfaces and forms water vapour.Due to hot air the water vapour evaporates and goes higher in the sky. Near three-forth of a kilometre high in the sky, it is too cold. There the water vapour caondences and acts with dust par ticles to form clouds.
Hope this would help you!!
cheers!!
please give a thumps up!!

due to heat when water from ponds, lakes, rivers, oceans etc. evaporates and transpiration occurs in plants, the water vapour goes up in the air and cools down back in the form of water, these millions of water droplets come together and form a cloud (condensate) and then when the clouds get heavy the precipitate i.e-water fall back to earth in the form of rain, snow or hail
