a person whose job is to manage something,such as a business, a restaurart or any work,can be reffered as a manager.the managers are given their posts as so that they can coordinate and lead the people to do the job correctly.attimes their are situations where there are many managers who cant be considered a leader as they dont have the quality of a leader while all leaders do manage some kind of work.when someone is seen as a leader that itself says that he is leading some kind of work,leading a work can be said as he is managing his followers to do the same actions as his..therefore i dont agree to this statement "all managers are leaders,but all leaders are not managers".
