agriculture in south and Mesopotamia was sometimes subject to hazards.which factor are responsible for it? (in points...)

Dear student,
1- There were some natural hazards : Sometimes the channels of euphrates would have too much water and they would flood the crops. Sometimes the river would change its course altogether.

2- Man made hazards : People living near the upstream area would divert so much water that villages in the downstream area wouldn't get any water. Sometimes they would neglect to clean out the silt and that would cause a blockage.
