1. by what no should [-15]^-1 be divided sp that the quotient may be equal to {-5}^-1
2. by what no should [5/3}^-2 be multiplied so that the product may be {7/3}^-1

ANSWER 1

[-15]^-1 =(-1/15)

{-5}^-1 =(-1/5)

-5x=-15

where x is the answer

x=3

thus the no. must be divided by 3

= ((3/5)² ) ¹ * x = ( 3 / 7) ¹

= 9 / 25 * x = 3 / 7

 x = 3/  7 * 25 / 9

x = 25 / 21
