(a) Workers are always unwilling to take up any new kind of work. Due to rise in demand, firm wants them to cooperate to meet pending orders. The supervisor is finding difficult to cope-up with the situation. What should supervisor do to overcome the situation? (b) Workers in a factory go to production manager frequently for guidance and information. As a result, he feels overburdened. How production manager can reduce his burden? (c) The workers take things easy and are free to approach anyone for minor queries and discuss problems. This has resulted in everyone talking to each other and thus resulting in inefficiency in the office. What should the manager do to improve communication?
