A poem or a story about forest fires?

The answer to your question :-

Poem on forest fires

Forest Fire :

Someone dropped a burning match

Unheeded by the way

It caught on fire some underbrush.

Its user did not stay.

From grass to brush, from brush to tree,

So stealthily it ran.

That no one ever guessed or knew

Just where that fire began.

Someone built a campfire

And failed to put it out.

A breeze came and quickened

The embers spread about.

And soon the woods were blazing.

The fire spread and spread.

The trees that took long years to grow

Stand blackened now and dead.

Someone saw a little fire

As he was passing by.

He did not stop to put it out.

He did not even try.

He had not started it, of course.

He had no time to spare.

That it might start a forest fire.

He did not even care.

hope it helps !

The Forest Fire! (Short Story) I wake up and I smell smoke coming from outside of my door. I get dressed and see if there’s a fire in the house but I don’t see anything so I go back into my pyjamas and hop into bed. Then I wake up 10mins later and smell smoke again so I get dressed and tell my mum and dad that I’m going outside to see where the smoke is coming from. I go outside and see that smoke is coming from the top of the tree’s beside my house. It is dark so I can’t really see where I’m going. I’m hearing crackling so now I am getting scared. These trees are so wet so now I’m thinking how the fire started if there is a fire but as I get closer the crackling gets louder. Oh no now I am tasting the smoke I’m sure there has to be a fire. As soon as I get past the trees I’m thinking, “Oh no I better get back to the house straight away.”
When I get back to the house I wake up everyone call triple zero. After about three tones they pick up the phone and I say “Hello my name is Cooper W., I have a fire near my house. My address is 58 Fall Street Endeavour Hills. Please come asap.”
The man said, “We’ll be there soon.”
We were waiting outside for the firemen to show up and in about 5mins they showed up. They quickly got out of the truck, got the long hose and started spraying water at the trees. WOOSH went the water. All the smoke had gone away and so did the firemen but before that my mum and dad said, “Thank you.” Meanwhile nobody realized that another fire was just beginning.
I went back to bed when the firemen went away but for some weird reason I couldn’t get to sleep but my mum and dad just fell asleep. I tried to go to sleep. About 15mins later I woke up not knowing I’d be asleep for only 15 mins. It looked bright from outside so I think its morning but then I look at the time it says 1:45am so I look outside my window and I was right, there is another fire roaring outside all over the trees. I got the phone and tried to call 000 but the phone was being used so I quickly got mum and dad to get up and we all tried to call the fire brigade even my sister and my brother tried to help call them After 5 mins I got them on the phone and said, “Hi my name is Cooper, so sorry but there is another at 58 Fall Street Endeavour Hills, please come there is a roaring fire building up quick!”
“We’ll be there soon.” 2mins later the firemen showed up and quickly put out the fire. After that the firemen checked the area for any more fire bits that could start up a new fire but all they found was charcoal so they left. I had to go back to bed and I woke up on time for school. Happily I was never involved with a fire tree again and that’s my story.
Poem on forest fires

Started by the smallest spark
On the driest day
Kindled by the wind
The starting of a flame

Consuming the tree bark
Burning viciously they say
Spreading by the wind
Only looking to maim

The land eventually goes dark
The fire burned where it may
Pushed away by the wind
The land now tamed

Life grows back under the scares and marks
Dark giving way to the day
Dies does the wind
It is not always a shame

Is our lives not the same?
Moods changing like the winds
What all the people say
Our lives are not always dark

We can learn from what is broken
And grow again.
