Dear Student,
When a circular loop of radius R is moved away from a current carrying wire, then the magnetic flux through it decreases which leads to an induced current in a direction such that the decrease in the flux can be compensated (Lenz's law). The direction of induced current in the circular loop will be clockwise or anti-clockwise depending upon the direction of current in the straight wire. The amount of induced current will be decided by the velocity with which the loop is moving away from the straight wire.
