D = b2- 4ac

here, D = 64(a2 - b2)- 4(a+b)2*16(a - b)2

= 64(a4 +b4 -2a2b2) - 64(a4 + a2b2- 2a3b + a2b2 +b4 -2ab3 +2a3b +2ab3-4a2b2)

=64 (a+b4- 2a2b- a-b4 + 2a2b)

=0

since D= 0 roots are real and equal

X = (-b +√D)/2a

now you know the values of a, b & D you can find X

 Here X = (-8(a2- b2)+ 0 ) / 2 (a+ b)2 and other value is (-8(a2- b2) - 0 ) / 2 (a+ b)2
