a. The principle that is violated is "unit of command". Each subordinate should receive orders from only one superior. This must be ensured so as to avoid any form of confusion. 

b. The principle that is violated is "authority and responsibility". When a person is accorded some responsibility, he must also be given the required authority so that he is able to complete the work effectively and efficiency. 

c. The principle that is violated is "order". According to this principle various things in the organisation must be kept at the right place such that any chaos can be avoided and work can be carried out smoothly.
