Q. Why MPS can never be less than zero? Please explain in layman terms and if possible also give an example.
Don't give reason that is given in the picture below, i couldnt understand that.
MPS can never be less than zero as change in saving can never be negative, i.e. change in consumption can never be more than change in income.
